TeeGeez sells graphic and custom-style T-shirts. Please note the following product terms:
- Color and Print Variations: Colors may appear slightly different on screen compared with the finished printed product because of screen settings, lighting, and printing processes.
- Print Placement: Minor placement differences are a normal part of garment printing and are not considered defects.
- Product Availability: Product colors, sizes, designs, prices, and availability may change without prior notice.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to request or upload designs containing hate speech, harassment, unlawful content, obscene content, defamatory material, or copyrighted/trademarked material that you do not own or have permission to use.
- Right to Reject: TeeGeez may reject any custom design request that violates these Terms or our content standards. Where applicable, a refund may be issued if production has not started.
- Currency: Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and at checkout.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes may be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing or shipping address.
- Price Changes: We may change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. TeeGeez does not store full payment card details on its servers.
- Order Confirmation: An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued.
- Processing Time: Orders may require processing, printing, packing, and quality-control time before shipment.
- Delivery Times: Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout.
- Shipping Delays: TeeGeez is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our control.
- International Customs and Duties: For orders shipped outside Canada, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Our return and refund handling depends on the product and the reason for the request.

- Your Uploaded Content: If you upload or submit artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.
- Limited License: By submitting custom artwork, you grant TeeGeez a limited license to reproduce the design solely to fulfill your order.
- Indemnification: You agree to hold TeeGeez harmless from claims related to artwork or content you provide that infringes another party’s rights.
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Providing accurate account and order information.
